When can an advertisement constitute a valid offer in contract law?
1) When it is posted pubLiCly in written or other visual format.
2) Only if it is directed at adults, i.e. not to minors.
3) When it includes all the terms and conditions of the offer.
4) When it is accepted by the offeree.
