It is not possible.
This is because of the law of conservation of mass. Law of conservation of matter states that matter can only be changed from one form to another and can never be formed or destroyed.
If the mass reduced, then it means some of the matter was destroyed which is never the case.
However, such a results can only be noted whenever there are some errors in quantifying the masses of either the products or the reactants.
