Use the Point-Slope formula: y - y1 = m(x - x1)
-1 = m, x1 = 0, y1 = 5             y - 5 = -1(x - 0)
Distribute the (-1):                  y - 5 = -x
Add 5 to both sides:                    y = -x + 5
