If we are looking for (h-5), what we do with that -5 is sub it in for x in the equation.  That would look like this: h(-5)=-4(-5)-10, which simplifies down to h(-5)=20-10 which is 10.  Therefore, h(-5)=10.  As a coordinate that would be (-5,10).  When x = -5 then y = 10
