The measure of the arc is the central angle. The arc will subtend an angle that's half that.
If we draw the radii RS and RT, then RSX and RTX are right angles and since the quadrilateral angles add to 360, SRT and SXT are supplementary. arc ST=60 deg means angle SRT=60 so SXT=180-60=120.
