Set up a proportion.

2 3/4 meters = 2.75 meters (I'll translate this back into fractions at the end).

The cost is 432.5

1 / 2.75 = x / 432.5 Cross multiply

2.75 x = 1 * 432.5 Divide by 2.75

x = 432.5/2.75

x = 157.27 Rs

So the cost of 1 meter is 157 Rs and 27 Paise. I guess you would round down to 25 Paise since anything under 25 Paise is no longer legal tender or will soon not be.
