Keep subtracting 1/5 from 3

3 -(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5)-(1/5) = 0

3 / (1/5) = 15

We subtracted (1/5) 15 times till we got to 0.
