using cross products

19 * 330 = x * 110

divide by 110

19 * 330/110 = x

57 people

19/110       =       ?/330

330÷110= 3

so 3×110=330

19×3=57

whatever u do times the denominator by u have to do the same for the numerator.

therefore 57 people chose volleyball.
