Nitrogen plays a vital role in the human body. As Amino acids contain nitrogen and amino acids are the building blocks of human body cells, tissues, and organs. Nitrogen is important to make the nucleic acid and DNA of the human body. The human body contains 3% nitrogen which is required to make DNA, hairs, muscles and many more. We can get the required amount of nitrogen through protein intake.
