24 Km/h=24 km/h*(1000 m/1Km)*(1h/3600 s)=6.67 m/s.
10 minutes=10 minutes*(60 s/1 minute)=600 s

Speed=distance / time
s=d/t  ⇒d=s*t

d=(6.67 m/s)*(600 s)=4000 m

Answer: 4000 m    or    4 Km.

Other method:
1 hour ----------60 minutes
x------------------10 minutes

x=(1 hour * 10 minutes)/ 60 minutes=1/6 h.

d=s*t
d=24 km/h * 1/6 h=4 km.

Answer: 4 km.
