Answer:

The rope will accelerate towards that side which has larger net force.

Explanation:

When both teams exert equal force then the net force on the rope will be zero. According to Newton’s second law of motion, there will be no acceleration in the rope. But, if one side exerts greater force than other, net force on the rope will not be equal to zero. Hence, rope will accelerate towards stronger team and that team will win.
