Answer:

This is related to "Probability Theory" and specificaly reffers to "The Central Limit Theorem" which states that independently of what an original normal data looks like, the distribtion of the sample is aproximatelly normally distributed.

Thus for a  population with any distribution, as the sample size grows, the distribution of the sums for the sample means aproaches a normal distribution.
