Hey there, 

 To be a leader, you have to make people want to follow you. A leader shows somebody how to do something. Leaders are able to stay calm under pressure. They are able to make the best decisions and set goals.

A leader's vision consists of two things. 

First! It should be able to solve problems and makes the situation more efficient. 

Second! The plan should also benefit and be helpful for everyone with its success.
