Explanation:

Hamilton and Laurens challenged General Charles Lee to a duel after the battle of Monmouth. General Lee abandoned his station, and after George Washington dismissed him, assigning someone else to his station, Lee became very upset. He badmouthed Washington to other soldiers, making Hamilton and Laurens very upset. Laurens and Lee dueled, Laurens shooting Lee in the side.
