Step-by-step explanation:

Given

slope (m) = 3

Point

( x1 , y1) = ( 4 , 2)

The equation of line is

y - y1 = m( x - x1)

y - 2 = 3( x - 4)

y - 2 = 3x - 12

3x - y - 12 + 2= 0

3x - y - 10 = 0

Which is the required equation

Hope it will help you :)
