Finding slope and y-intercept from y=mx+b

Ok so I dont know if there is supposed to be a picture with this but I’ll give you what I know from the information givin..
Y=Mx+B is a formula for slope on a givin graph representing a straight line.
The M in the equation always equals slope
and y of course equals y intercept!
