Putc all values .

Simplify it.

[tex]d = \sqrt{ {( - 7)}^{2} + {3}^{2} } [/tex]

[tex]d = \sqrt{49 + 9} [/tex]

[tex] = \sqrt{58} [/tex]

Therefore the distance between two points is root 58 units Or 7.61 units.
