F(X) = 9x - 2
G(X) = -X + 3

F(g(X)) = F(-X + 3) = 9(-X + 3) = 9(-X + 3) = -9x + 27

F(-X + 3) = -9x + 27
F(-X + 3) = 27 - 9x

The final solution is 27 - 9x.
