Answer: y-(-1)=6(x-4)

Simplified > y+1=6x-24

Step-by-step explanation:

point slope form: y-y1=m(x-x1)

using (4,-1) and slope as 6 ⬇️

y-(-1)=6(x-4)

if you need the equation simplified it would be... y+1=6x-24
