     = 2/3 * 2/1 = 4/3 mph = 1 and 1/3 mph

His speed is 4/3 mph = 1 and 1/3 mph = 1.3 mph

So

 1 mile = (4/3 mph) * TIME

Solving for Time T, it will take him t = 3/4 <--- the RECIPROCAL

            and 3/4 hour = 45 minutes

Jack walks 1 mile in 45 minutes = 3/4 hour
