To get Fractions equal, you can multiply the fraction By any number you want: (a/b) = k.(a/b)

So multiply 3/5 by 3: (3/5).3 = 9/15
Multiply it by 2: 2.(3/5) = 6/10

3/5 = 9/15 = 6/10 = 0.6

Hope this Helps! :)
