F = m*a => a = F/m = 50N / 100 kg = 0.5 m/s^2

Vf^2 = vo^2 + 2gd

Vf^2 = 0 + 2*9.8m/s^2 *5.5m =107.8 m^2 / s^2

Vf = 10.4 m/s
