Sophie has 3/4 quart of lemonade. if she divides the lemonade into glasses that hold 1/16 quart, how many glasses can Sophie fill? Show your work.

The answer is 12. 3/4 and 1/16 have a common denominator of 16. multiply 3/4 by 4 and get 12/16. divide that by 1/16 and get 12/1 making the answer 12.

x = 3/4 x 16
