m<AOC = M<AOB + m<BOC 
Now plug in the given values.
8x + 8 = (4x - 1) + ( 2x + 15)
8x + 8 =6x + 14
8x-6x = 14-8
2x = 6 <<divide both sides by 2 and the result is
x = 3
