The answer is C. 24°C.

We have formula:
°C = (°F – 32) x 5/9
°C = ?
If we know that the temperature of the liquid is 75°F, let's just substitute it in the formula:
°C = (75 – 32) x 5/9
°C = 43 x 5/9
°C = 23.89
°C ≈ 24
