Is cytokinesis a part of mitosis ?

Cytokinesis is part of M-phase, but not part of Mitosis. M-phase consists of nuclear division (mitosis) and cytoplasmic division (cytokinesis). And yes, telophase is part of mitosis, so it's in M-phase too.
