let v1 = 4.3 m/s

v2 = 12.9 m/s

t = 2 seconds

v2 = v1 + at

12.9 = 4.3 + a×2

2a = 12.9 - 4.3 = 8.6

a = 8.6/2

a = 4.3 m/s^2
