c. Command
The command school of jurisprudence asserts that the law should be based on morality and ethics.
As per the Philosophers of the Command School, the law does not reflect the values and morals of a society, nor does it reflect its history, logic, or sociology. But rather it is a set of rules developed, communicated, and enforced by the ruling class; as such, the law changes as the ruling class changes.
