Answer:  True

The truth table is shown below.

Refer to the row highlighted in yellow.

P⇒Q is false when P is false and Q is true, otherwise it is true.

P v Q is false when both P and Q are false, otherwise it is true

P ⇔ Q is true only when P and Q have the same truth values together (both need to be true or both need to be false). Think of it like an equal sign.
