Slope is

[tex]\text{slope}=\frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1}[/tex]

Then:

[tex]\text{slope}=\frac{-1-(-2)}{4-3}=\frac{-1+2}{1}=\frac{1}{1}=1[/tex]
