The formula for determining angular momentum is expressed as

L = Iw

where

L = angular momentum

I = moment of inertia

w = angular speed

Also, the formula for finding moment of inertia is expressed as

I = 1/2MR^2

where

M = mass of body

R = radius of body

From the information given,

M = 12

R = 0.75

Thus,

I = 1/2 x 12 x 0.75^2 = 3.375

L = 0.85

From the first equation,

w = L/l

w = 0.85/3.375

w = 0.2519 rad/s
