To solve this we can use the "velocity" (how fast ryan prepare x kilograms of dough)

So we know that he prepared 20 kg on 2 hours

so he prepared it 20/2= 10 kg per hour

so if each hour he prepare 10 kilograms

on 3 hours, he will prepare: 3*10= 30 kg
