I believe the answer is: Selfish

The word selfish is used to describe someone who are willing to disregard the general needs of other people around them in order to fulfil their own. In work environment, this type of people tend to be really toxic and often do things that they deemed as necessary to advance their own career, even if it mean sacrificing their co-workers.
