Tell whether each sentence is independent clause or dependent clause

A dependent clause starts with a subordinator word such as “when” “if” or “which.”
An independent clause can stand alone as a separate sentence and does not start with a subordinator.

A dependent clause isn't a complete sentence, and an independent clause is a complete sentence. Hope that helps!
