[tex]\tan x=\dfrac{\sin x}{\cos x}=\dfrac z{10}[/tex]

[tex]\cos x=\dfrac{10}y[/tex]
[tex]\implies\tan x=\dfrac{\sin x}{\frac{10}y}=\dfrac{y\sin x}{10}=\dfrac z{10}[/tex]
[tex]\implies\sin x=\dfrac zy[/tex]
