The final result of balancing a reaction is a chemical equation where the number of atoms of each element in the reactant side and the product side are equal. For example, the reaction of H2SO4 and NaOH, the balanced chemical reaction would be:

2NaOH + H2SO4 = Na2SO4 + H2O
