This is the concept of application of trigonometry, to get the value of the angles of elevation we use the formula:
tan theta=opposite/adjacent
opposite=9.5 ft
adjacent=29 ft
tan theta=9.5/29
thus:
theta=tan^(9.5/29)
=18.14
therefore the angle of elevation will be:
angle L=18.14
