A health problem that is not associated with low intake of
vegetables and fruits is cataracts. A cataract is a health problem concerning
the eye in which it makes the vision more blurry and more cloudy and the cause
of this either from smoking, eye injury, medications, obesity, high blood
pressure, sun light exposure and even the increasing of age.
