7/3 is already in simplest form.

It can also be written as a mixed number, as such:
[tex]\frac{7}{3} = \frac{6+1}{3} = \frac{6}{3} + \frac{1}{3} = 2\frac{1}{3}[/tex]

theres no way to simplify that because there both odd numbers and theres nothing that can go into 3 and 7 besides 1 so no it can't simplify
