Let y = x + 2/5.
∴ x = y - 2/5

Now, interchange x and y,
∴ y = x - 2/5
Therefore, f⁻¹(x) = x - 2/5 --- (i)
Now, plug x = -3 in (i),
∴ f⁻¹(-3) = -3 - 2/5 = -17/5

Therefore,
f⁻¹(-3) = -17/5
