A circle has a measurement of 360 degrees or 2pi radians.
 Therefore (1/3) of the circle represents the following measures
 In degrees
 (1/3) * (360) = 120
 In radians
 (1/3) * (2pi) = (2/3) pi
 answer
 120 degrees
 (2/3) pi radians
