There will be an increase in arterial pH. There will be respiratory alkalosis as the increase in oxygen level will reduce the carbonic acid (acidic) levels in the blood and increase the bicarbonate (alkaline) levels in the blood. In turn, the blood pH will increase which is called respiratory alkalosis.
