To find the x-intercept, set "y" to 0.  To find the y-intercept, set "x" to 0.

x-intercept:

(x+2)(0+3) = 0
(x+2)(3) = 0
3x + 6 = 0
3x = -6
x = -2

y-intercept:

(0+2)(y+3) = 0
2(y+3) = 0
2y + 6 = 0
2y = -6
y = -3

The equation intersects the x-axis at (-2,0) and the y-axis at (0,-3).
