Europe has a huge percent of adolescent drinkers, much higher than any other region in the world. For young Europeans it is common to drink at parties from a young age, sometimes even before they become of age since it's easy to obtain alcohol. Famous regions for this are Finland, Russia, Eastern and South Eastern Europe, and some other parts as well.
