The utmost reason why Jimmy Carter won the 1976 presidency are the following:
First, He had a conservative value and – pleaded to Republican voters. Second, Carter is disappointed with Nixon’s participation in the scandal of Watergate and Ford pardoning him. Thirdly, Carter is unpolluted by political dishonor and disgrace. Lastly, He promised to eliminate corruption and bring back the traditional values to the White House.
