A normal human being should sleep at least 9 hours of sleep a day.

i believe we should sleep for 9 hours a day
because 8 go into 24, 3 times, so you can convert the 8 into a 24 then you would have to times 3 by 3 and you get 9 so the answer would be 9/24 or that we should sleep 9 hours a day
