We have the following vectors:
 u = 13j
 v = i + 3j
 The scalar product of both vectors is given by:
 u * v = (13j) * (i + 3j)
 We have then:
 u * v = (1 * 0) + (13 * 3)
 u * v = 0 + 39
 u * v = 39
 Answer:

The scalar product of both vectors is given by:

u * v = 39
